We are all fellow travellers, all beggars in search of bread, all equally loved by God, all equally hungry for his love and his word. We are each called to inform our consciences by learning about the teaching of the Church and to facilitate others in doing the same so that we can genuinely exercise our God–given free will. A choice which is made without being fully apprised of all the circumstances, facts and options is not a genuinely free choice. Even God does not force us to take one course or another in our lives; it would therefore be highly presumptuous of a human being to attempt to dictate to another what they should or should not do in any given situation. He does, however, continually call us to himself and asks that we share what we have experienced of his love and guidance with others along the way.
